Previewing your Entity Data

Once you have created your entity you are able to preview the associated data

Graft provides three data views, gallery , tiled and table you may switch between each view by clicking on the appropriate icon

Scroll between entries using the andbuttons
Adjust the number of items shown using the 'Tiles per page' drop down and scroll through each page using the and buttons
Adjust the number of items shown using the 'Rows per page' drop down and scroll through each page using the and buttons

Filtering your preview

For all previews you are able to hide fields (columns), filter and sort

Hiding Fields

Clicking on the icon allows the user to hide one or more fields from the preview Where there are a large number of available fields in the Entity use the search bar to find the column you are interested in. Click anywhere outside of the pop up window to hide the options. Where fields are hidden a red chip with the number of hidden items will be shown.
Clicking on the icon allows the user to filter on one or more fields. Select the target field from the Column drop down, then an operator (contains, equals, starts with, ends with) and a value
To add a further criteria click on the icon. Click on the icon to the left to remove the criteria. To remove all filters click on CLEAR ALL Click anywhere outside of the pop up window to hide the options. Where a filter is enabled a red chip with the number of filters applied will be shown.
