Slack

Overview​

The Slack connector allows you to pull in conversation data for your project.

You may select multiple channels and users to support your use case.

 

Prerequisites

Graft Slack APP: To support access to your Slack community you will need to install the Graft Slack APP before adding your first slack data source.  Details can be found here.

 

Settings

Add a Name for your connection Click on the and arrows to cycle through the available connections and Select Slack or click on the current Data source icon to display all connectors and click on the required connector icon Select one or more slack channels from the drop down list. Alternatively you can Add all and conversely Delete all OPTIONAL: Add users of particular interest from the drop down list OPTIONAL: Add any text search strings Enter the maximum number of slack posts to return

Graft will preview data from the new connection for your review

• Click CREATE to finalize the data source
