The initial screen in a configured App is the Try it screen, this allows you to quickly test your newly created App ahead of enabling the API and testing with it.
For the search app you will be presented with either a search bar (text) or a search tile (image) to enter your search item or drag & drop. For Question & Answer and Summarization apps you will be presented with a comparison view of sample data from your data set.
To the right hand side you will see the current configuration details and have an opportunity to sync all the data with the App, initially we bring in around 100 items to configure and test with, once you are happy or you wish to test with more data you can click on SYNC DATA to bring in all available data. The last update date will also be displayed.

Scheduling periodic retrieval of new data
- Clicking on the
icon will schedule daily retrieval of any new data from the data source(s)
If you would like to make a custom data ingestion schedule please see scheduling workflows and apply this to the entity that relates to your App. In the screenshot about this is an entity called "my_entity".
