Exporting your results to a file and Google Sheets
Graft allows you to export your query results either to a file or to GoogleSheets for further analysis. This is found in the project SQL tab. You need to run an SQL query on your data and then export the results. The simplest way to achieve this is to click on the results icon next to the processing job you are interested in from within the Entity Dashboard.
Once the results are displayed (note you may wish to remove the default 100 limit from those results) you can export the data.
Export to File
Graft supports CSV, TSV and JSON format downloads.
- Select Download to File
- Select the file type you would like. In this example we will use CSV
- Name the file or leave with the default name
- Click on Download to start the download process
Export to Google sheets
To analyze your results in google sheets, Select google from the available options in the drop down list
- Name for file
- Click on Export Results
Note: If this is the first time you are exporting to Google Docs, you might have to give Graft permissions to create a new spreadsheet and populate it on your behalf.
